How To Retrieve a Recording of your Session
It is often helpful to go back and view your live session with our coaches and peer tutors to get the most out of Academic Support.
Here’s how:
1. Log into Academic Support from your course
2. Go to “My Account” then “Previous Sessions”
3. Find your session (Workshops and Office Hours will be at the bottom of the list)
4. Find the session you want to review and click "Replay." Your session should start playing automatically
How to Retrieve a copy of your Slides/Visuals
6. In the playback of your session, click the Print button in the top right corner
7. Once your file loads, click "Print," change the destination to "Save as a PDF," and click "Save"
8. Save your file (which includes all chats and visuals from the session) somewhere you can find it easily, like your Desktop.
