The Brightspace ePortfolio tool is a repository of artifacts that you can organize into a showcase of your work using the Presentation tool.
Once you have created a presentation, you can share it by locating your presentation on the My Items page, clicking the downward arrow next to the title, and clicking Share in the drop-down menu.
To Share With an Internal User:
Click Add Users and Groups to choose the individual user, and click Assign Permissions to set the permissions you want the user to have. For example, you may want to give them permissions to add comments on your presentation. Once you have added the user, click Send Invite.
To Share With External Users:
Check the box labeled Allow public viewing of presentation. Then copy the URL provided and send it to the external user. For example, you could email the link to your instructor.
Note: If you make a presentation public via a URL, the system includes social media icons (Twitter, Google Plus, and Facebook) at the top of your presentation to enable further sharing.
