In PHE 610: Health Policy and Management, you will develop a simplified business plan for a nonprofit public health advocacy coalition. 

Downloadable Resource:

This template will help you organize your organizational plan, staffing needs, budget, revenue, and program projections. Use the template to apply these concepts and consider how these factors support our coalition's goals. Download the file by hovering over the title above and clicking the cloud-and-arrow icon.

Part A: Executive Summary

Use 2-4 sentences to answer the who, what, where, when, why, and how of the coalition.
 

Part B: Organizational Plan (VMOSA)

Use the VERMOSA  (vision, mission, objectives, strategies, and action plans) framework to develop an organizational plan that connects your purpose to the goals and actions needed to achieve them.
 

Part C: Financial & Resource Management Plan

Use this section to develop a three-year projected staffing and financial plan. Fill out each section of the chart, then provide a 1-2 paragraph justification for each section.
