These techniques help you organize your time, stay focused, and make steady progress on your tasks. Each method uses a different approach to help you work more efficiently.

Task BatchingGrouping similar tasks to be completed during a dedicated block of time, reducing the mental load of switching tasks."I will answer all of my emails at 3 p.m."
Day ThemingAssigning different themes to each day of the week, dedicating each day to a specific type of task or project."Every Monday, I will focus on content creation. Every Tuesday, I will focus on content promotion. Every Wednesday, I will focus on research and ideation, etc."
Time BoxingSetting a fixed amount of time to work on a task and aiming to complete as much as possible within that timeframe."I will write 1,000 words between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. tomorrow."
