What is Goblin Tools?

Goblin Tools is an AI-powered productivity tool designed to help users break down complex tasks into manageable steps. It is especially beneficial for individuals with ADHD, Autism, or executive dysfunction, providing structured guidance to make tasks feel less overwhelming.

Who Benefits from Goblin Tools?
  • Neurodivergent individuals (ADHD, Autism) who struggle with executive dysfunction
  • Students with other learning differences
  • Students needing help organizing assignments and study plans
  • Anyone looking for a simple way to break down large tasks into smaller steps
How to Use Goblin Tools:
  • Enter a task or project in the Magic ToDo, and the AI will break it down into step-by-step actions.
  • Use additional features like time estimation, tone adjustments for writing, and checklist creation. Users can choose the type of output they desire. Want to see what meal you can make with the ingredients in the fridge? Use the Chef tab, for example.
  • Adjust and refine AI-generated steps to suit personal needs.
Guidelines:
  • Be specific in task descriptions for better breakdowns
  • Assign a "spiciness level" to tasks using the hot pepper scale (the more hot peppers, the harder the task is for you)
  • Review AI-generated steps for accuracy and modify as needed (you can modify directly in the task list)
  • Understand that while helpful, Goblin Tools may not handle highly complex or nuanced tasks
  • Use it as a supplementary tool alongside other productivity strategies
  • Book a session with an Academic Coach for more individualized help with executive function skills (learn more with this guide: What is Academic Coaching?)
