What is the Mantra Care Hub?
The Mantra Care Hub is a personalized, digital platform that enhances access to mental health and wellness services for learners. Key offerings include:
Therapy: Up to 6 free virtual sessions per year with licensed therapists.
ConnectNow (Video & Phone): 24/7 crisis and in-the-moment support from licensed professionals. Video also available 12pm–12am ET daily.
Basic Needs Support: Web-based tool to connect with local and national resources to access support with food, housing or other financial needs, powered by Single Stop.
Coaching: One-on-one support focused on emotional wellness or productivity.
Peer Mental Health Support: A 24/7 anonymous peer community, powered by Togetherall, and moderated by professionals.
Self -Care: Short, self-guided wellness courses on stress, communication, and mental health skills.
Global Support & Interpretation: Crisis support worldwide with interpretation services for students in study abroad.
This platform complements the existing supports provided by SNHU’s Wellness Center, CARE Team, and Risk Assessment Team and is designed to help increase pathways to care and support the whole student.
